At MARAIS, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your selection is not quite right, we offer returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All returned pieces must remain in their original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your MARAIS account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number via email.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Schedule a Pickup
Use the prepaid shipping label provided in your original shipment to book a complimentary courier collection or drop the parcel at an authorized location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
